Generally, a two-night minimum stay
is required, however a three-night minimum stay is required for holidays
and summer. Fewer
nights are subject to availability. |

Rates are from $112 - $320 per night
per double occupancy depending on the season and length of stay. There is a $50 per day charge per extra person. New Jersey sales tax
and occupancy tax will be applied to price.

A 50% deposit is required in advance
and can be paid with a personal check to hold your
reservation.
The balance should be paid for with cash, travelers checks or by credit card at check in. We
do not accept personal checks at check-in. We
accept Visa and MasterCard only. |

Children 12 and above are welcome in the Inn.
Children under 12 are welcome in the Champagne Cottage. |
|
|
We are now a
non-smoking inn, inside and outside. Smoking can be enjoyed at the
adjacent park. |

Sorry, we cannot accommodate your
pets. |

Cancellation Policy
Since we are a small Inn, please be sure of your plans
when making reservations. If you cancel your reservation 21 days before
your scheduled arrival, you will receive a
refund less a $30 processing fee. Otherwise you will be
refunded your deposit, less $30 processing fee, only if the entire stay can be
re-rented to one party for the same
dates. There is an extra charge if rented to more than one party for the
entire stay. |

Directions to the Inn |
|
 From the end of the Garden State Parkway:
Continue over 2 bridges. Take first left onto Sidney Avenue and first
right onto Washington Street; turn left at the first light onto Madison
Avenue and take first left into our parking lot.
From the Ferry: Take Ferry Road,
make right at third light onto Seashore Road. Seashore Road becomes
Broadway; turn left at the first light onto West Perry; continue to
Lafayette Street and make left. At second traffic light make right onto
Madison Avenue. Past first light make left into our parking lot.
